Cole Thompson is a Co-Founder of Triwell Partners, where he leads the firm’s buy-side search practice. He works closely with private equity firms and family offices to find founder- and family-owned businesses that fit their thesis, and he makes sure each company is researched before anyone contacts its owner.

Before Triwell, Cole built long-term relationships with enterprise clients in technology, helping organizations navigate a fast-changing landscape that now includes AI.
