Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026. This policy explains how Triwell Partners, LLC (“Triwell”, “we”) handles personal information collected through triwellpartners.com and the Triwell client portal.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect what you send: typically your name, email address, company and message. Our website host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used in aggregate to run and secure the site. If you are invited to the client portal, we store your name, email address, sign-in activity and the project information we share with you there.
For our search work, we also use business contact information about company owners and executives drawn from public sources and commercial data providers.
How we use it
We use personal information to reply to you, provide and improve our services, operate the client portal, keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, CRM and cloud database providers, under terms that limit their use of it; with a buyer or seller only when you have agreed to an introduction; and when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing michael@triwellpartners.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
