For business owners

We do the research.
You choose the buyer.

We work on behalf of active buyers: private equity firms, family offices, and independent sponsors. Many conversations start because a specific buyer asked us to reach out. Others start with you.

Either way, a founder takes the first call, and we study your business before it.

Before a sale

Strengthen the business first.

If you want sharper finances or better systems before you talk to buyers, or simply to run the business well, we can help with both.

These are separate engagements. Working with us never obligates you to sell, and we never introduce your business to a buyer without your consent.

How we’re paid

How we’re paid

For sale introductions, buyers pay our fee. Owners pay nothing, and we only introduce buyers who fit.

That leaves you free to judge each buyer on one thing: whether they’re right for your business and your people. Fractional CFO and AI implementation are separate engagements.

How it works

How a sale comes together.

Research decides which buyers you meet, and we stay with you from the first call through LOI, diligence, and close.

  1. 01

    Founder conversation

Your first call is with a Triwell founder who has studied your business beforehand, so the time goes to your questions.

  2. 02

    Exit readiness

We prepare your financials, reporting, and operations so buyers can see the business clearly, with fractional CFO support and AI implementation where they help.

  3. 03

    Buyer mapping

We map and research the buyers most likely to fit, then introduce you only to those that do.

  4. 04

    LOI to close

We stay with you through the letter of intent, due diligence, and closing, not just the introduction.

Other questions

Ask us directly

How long does a sale usually take?

Most sale processes take four to six months from the first conversation to close. Buyer fit and deal complexity set the pace.

Who gets to see my business information?

Only buyers we’ve researched, and only under NDA. We never market your business publicly or list it on open marketplaces.

Do I need to pay any upfront fees?

No. A sale introduction costs you nothing, upfront or later. Fractional CFO and AI implementation are separate engagements.

Do you work with businesses like mine?

We work with established, profitable founder- and family-owned businesses across six broad sectors: home and commercial services, industrial and field services, specialty manufacturing, business and professional services, distribution and logistics, and construction and building services. If yours sits outside them, ask us anyway.

How do you find the right buyer?

We map the private equity firms, family offices, independent sponsors, and strategic acquirers most likely to fit your business, research each one against your goals, and introduce only the ones that match.
