Terms of Use
Effective November 1, 2026. By using triwellpartners.com or the Triwell client portal, you agree to these terms.
Information only
Content on this site is general information about Triwell Partners, LLC and its services. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and it is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Examples and descriptions are illustrative and do not promise any result. Triwell Partners is not a registered broker-dealer.
Who we represent
In sale introductions we are engaged and paid by the buyer and act for the buyer, not the seller. Owners should rely on their own legal, tax and financial advisors. Fractional CFO and AI implementation services are separate engagements governed by their own written agreements.

Portal access is by invitation only and is personal to you. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. Portal content is confidential and provided only for your evaluation of opportunities under your agreement with Triwell; do not share it outside your firm. We may suspend access at any time.
Use of the site
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the portal or our systems, interfere with their operation, or copy their content for commercial use without our permission. Site content is owned by Triwell or its licensors.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and portal are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Triwell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or portal. Written engagement agreements control over these terms where they differ.
