Michael McCauley

Michael McCauley is a Co-Founder of Triwell Partners, where he leads deal origination and the firm’s relationships with private equity firms and strategic acquirers. He is an M&A and corporate strategy professional with experience across investment banking, corporate development, and strategy, and he has worked with many founder- and family-owned businesses through M&A.

Before Triwell, Michael was with a publicly traded holding company, where he focused on M&A and corporate strategy, and he has led finance functions at multiple companies. Earlier, he advised founder- and family-owned businesses on M&A and financing transactions at Montminy & Co. and began his career in investment banking at B. Riley Securities. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from Chapman University.
